Stonehill Rentals has been renting quality homes in the Stafford area for over 20 years. All of the homes are owned, built, and well maintained by the owner who is also one of the largest builders and developers in Stafford County – Hour Homes and Brookstone Homes Inc.

Being only a few miles from Quantico Marine Base and close to several other government and military facilities. About 50% of our tenants are military or government personnel. We offer the most competitive rental rates in the area and many of our homes are fairly new or “good as new". Maintenance of our homes is also outstanding and performed by our in-house maintenance crews.
